I have been having PT Sessions 1:1 with Sarah for the last two years. Sarah is an excellent coach with time and patience, each session is different and interesting and the time fly's by.
I trained for my first try a tri and Sarah taken time out personally to help with my sea swim and running outside my scheduled sessions. Sarah keeps me up to date with how my progress is doing and also check in's if I am not giving my all. We have started recently boxing every Friday and absolutely love it. Each week I get a surprise it maybe a new guest buddy to train with or a brand new work out. No two sessions are the same. Sarah extends her knowledge of food and the exercise to me and always telling me to stretch and cool down (I never do lol).
I recently joined Sarah Fitness Camp, (max 8 people) and its once a week and doesn't let me slip over the weekend. It's like semi private Session.
